Barbara Louise Guinta, age 84 of Fairborn, Ohio and formerly of Palm Coast, Florida passed away Saturday, August 12, 2023 in her residence. She was born on June 8, 1939 in Boston, Massachusetts the daughter of Simon & Sylvia (Druker) Greenberg. She worked as a director of Child Care in Florida. She loved to travel, paint, write short stories and poems and loved listening to music. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and she loved to sit on her patio and watch the birds eat from her many bird feeders.

She is survived by her children Jay S. Guinta, Dana Guinta and Wendi L. Kennedy; grandchildren Lia Francesca (Alberto Tosini) Guinta, Anna Guinta, Chari (Brandon) Matson, Elizabeth Johnson, Ashly Lynch, Alexandra Kennedy and Sydney Kennedy; and great grandchildren Ryan Guinta, Shyana Guinta, Brodie Johnson, Lily Johnson, Liam Johnson and Arturo Tosini.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Murle Duban. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend and will be missed by all who knew her.

Services have been entrusted to the Zerkle Funeral Home, Tipp City. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Barbara's memory to Shriner's Children's Hospital, 2900 Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, Florida 33607. Condolences may be sent to the family through this online guestbook.
