Barbara Eleanor Harsanyi, age 84 of Englewood passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 10, 1932 the daughter of Andrew & Eleanor (Becsi) Fazekas. She graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1950 and worked many years at McCall Publishing in Dayton.

She is survived by her son James Harsanyi, daughters Terri Little (Mark Stedman) and Cathy (Randy) Goheen, granddaughters Holly (Rob) Wozniak and Mandy Goheen, grandsons William (Kim) Harsanyi III and Mike Goheen and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 63 years William J. Harsanyi Sr. in 2014, her son William J. Harsanyi Jr., and a brother Andy Kedler.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at the BLESSING-ZERKLE FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 12:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Bonita Ritchie officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Barbara''s memory to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, Ohio 45420.
