Surrounded by love, Candice Elizabeth Ison, 69, of Cheboygan, Michigan, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2025, at her daughter's home in Tipp City, Ohio. She has now come to dwell in the house of the Lord, where His goodness and mercy followed her all the days of her life, fulfilling the promise of Psalm 23. Candice was a gentle spirit whose quiet strength, deep faith, and unwavering love shaped every part of her life. She found her greatest joy in being a mother and grandmother, and her warmth and kindness touched the hearts of everyone blessed to know her.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Rodney; her children, Patrick (Sarah), Cassandra (Htein), and Joshua (Jessica); and her beloved grandchildren, Kevin, Braeden, Nathan, Miles, Thomas, Lucian, and Emma. She is also survived by her sister Sharon.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Jack.

Per her wishes she will be cremated, and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Service have been entrusted to the Zerkle Funeral Home, Tipp City, Ohio. Condolences may be sent to the family through this online guestbook.
