Carol Lynn Ditallo, age 73 of Carlisle, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Hospice of Dayton. She was born in Chicago on June 14, 1952, the daughter of Leonard Stanley & Jeanette Sophie (Betley) Oszakewski. She was a 1970 graduate of Willowbrook Hight School, Villa Park, Illinois. She collected tea for one sets and Dragon collectables. She was a Proofreader for Dayton Legal Blank, owned her own used bookstore and loved to read books.

She is survived by sons Anthony DiTallo and David DiTallo; grandchildren Jack DiTallo and Tyler DiTallo; brothers Robert Oszakewski and James Oszakewski; sister Gail Oszakewski; and several nieces, nephews and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 43 years David James DiTallo in 2018: and sisters Nancy Oszakewski and Christine Oszakewski.

Per her wishes she will be cremated and there will be no services. Services have been entrusted to the Zerkle Funeral Home, Tipp City. Condolences may be sent to the family through this online guestbook.
