Charles J. O''Harrow, age 74 of Xenia, passed away Friday, September 29, 2017 at Kettering Medical Center. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on January 3, 1943 the son of Holland & Elizabeth (Brooks) O''Harrow. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

He was survived by his sister Terry (Larry) Groff, nephew Gregory (Karen) Groff, great niece Courtney, Beloved girlfriend of over 20 years, Christine Howard, the families of Beverly Howard Denny, Kenneth Howard, Christina Howard Cooper, and his good friend Dennis (Sharon) Lowery all of who loved him very much.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 12:00 pm at the BLESSING-ZERKLE FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr., Tipp City with Pastor Linda Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the funeral home.
