Clifford Guy Stevens, age 80 of New Carlisle, passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2014 in Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton. He was born in Greenbush, Michigan on March 6, 1934 the son of Guy Duncan Sr. and Mabel Olive (Thompson) Stevens. He loved to hunt and fish and especially loved to work in his yard and take care of his flowers.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years Mary Francis (Hill) Stevens, 3 sons Clifford Guy (Anne) Stevens Jr., Rocky Allen Stevens, and Michael Robert (Lisa) Stevens, 4 grandchildren Guy Olivino Stevens, Jacob Allen Stevens, Krystina Lynna Stevens, and Amber Rae Stratton, 4 great grandchildren Alex Stevens, Andrew Stevens, Hayden Hardy, and Daniel Hicks, 2 sisters Alice Hotka and Kathleen (Joe) Shoan and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers George, Leo and Vernard Stevens, and 3 sisters Isabelle Miller, Geraldine Bunker, and Helen Nowak.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, April 21, 2014 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm in the Blessing Funeral Home, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 12:00 in the funeral home with Pastor Michael Holland officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
