Clotine Ellis Frowine, Alabama passed away peacefully at the age of 90, Tuesday, January 17, 2023. She was born in Ohio on February 23, 1932 to her loving parents Arlie and Carrie Ellis, who have preceded her. Clotine is also preceded by her loving husband, Richard Frowine and several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her son, Steve Frowine (Cheryl); daughters, Pamela Cassel and Brenda Frowine; granddaughters, Stephanie Rice (Travis), Kari Frowine, and Kayla Cassel; great grandson Zachary Frowine; sisters, Margie Adkins and Betty Grice; brother, Alvin Ellis; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 4 p.m. in the Charter Funeral Home Chapel, Calera, Alabama. A gathering of family and friends will also be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 from 10:00 – 11:00 am at the ZERKLE FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr., Tipp City. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest alongside her husband in Forest Hill Memorial Gardens, Tipp City, Ohio.
