David Wayne Browning, age 47 of Dayton, passed away October 22, 2020 in Milton, West Virginia. He was born in Phoenix, Arizona on October 24, 1972 the son of Billy Don & Carol Ann (Westscott) Rice. He was a member of the Open Bible Christian Church, Dayton.

He is survived by his wife of 8 years, Ashley Esther Jane (Melke) Browning; mother Carol; brothers Shannon and Shawn; sisters Sherrie and LaDonna; several nieces, nephews and cousins and his 2 dogs Lilly and Little Bit.

He was preceded in death by his father.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, October 30, 2020 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Open Bible Christian Church, 4715 Burkhardt Ave., Dayton. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 1:00 pm at the church with Pastor Randy Grimes officiating. David will be cremated following the service. Services have been entrusted to the Zerkle Funeral Home, Tipp City. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in David's memory in care of the Zerkle Funeral Home, 11900 N.
