Diane R. Papp, 71 of Tipp City, passed from this life on June 27, 2019. She was born in Celina, Ohio on February 8, 1948 the daughter of Leo & Rita (Rammel) Livingston. Diane was a very special person placed on this earth by God. She was kind, loving, caring and considerate of all. She was generous to a fault. She will be missed by many.

She leaves behind her devoted husband of 55 years James; she was a loving mother to 2 children James Anthony and Timothy (Stacey) Papp; Proud and doting grandmother to 3 beautiful grandchildren Owen Daniel, Samantha Lynn and Garrett Lee; her sisters Virginia Miller, Patricia Curtis, Carol Landis and Elizabeth White. She is also survived by her very special friends Dick (Donna) Hughes, Debra (Kenny) Faulkner and Rick (Nancy) Creech.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son James Anthony Papp, brothers Bob and Danny Livingston and a sister Alberta Stevens.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2019 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the Blessing-Zerkle Funeral Home, 11900 N. Dixie Dr., Tipp City. A Memorial service will be held on Thursday at 7:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Bobbie Predmore officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Diane's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept 142, Memphis, Tennessee 38101.
