Donna Rae Eltzroth, age 53 of Dayton, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2012 in Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton. She was born in Covington, Kentucky on July 23, 1959 the daughter of Robert & Lorraine (Kampsen) Jones.
She is survived by her husband of 23 years William Michael "Mike" Eltzroth, daughters Monica (John Jackson II) Eltzroth and Melissa Eltzroth, grandson John Jackson III, brothers Rick (Becky) Jones, Robert (Martha) Jones, sister Jackie Jones, brother-in-law Jerry (Bonnie) Eltzroth, and a special friend Carletta Lewis.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm in the BLESING FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 pm in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.blessingfh.com.
