Obituary
Doris June Shade, age 85 of Troy, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2011 in Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on February 14, 1926 the daughter of Charles & Harriet (Tipton) Deck.
She is survived by her children Mike & Mary Shade, Teresa & Danny, and Christine Stone, 15 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, brother Raymond Deck of Dayton, and sisters Shirley Perkins of Tennessee, Irma Fread of Dayton, and Mary Fletcher of Dayton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Paul Shade, son Anthony Shade, and a daughter Sharon Buckingham.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 from 10:00 - 11:00 am in the BLESSING FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am in the funeral home with Ralph Royse officiating. Burial will follow in Ellerton Cemetery, Moraine. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami Co., P. O. Box 502, Troy, Ohio 45373. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.blessingfh.com.
