Dorothy E. Schnelle, age 88 of Englewood passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at home with her family. She was born on October 11, 1922 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of Garnett S. & Henrietta (Kueny) Price.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 61 years Louis who was a WWII Veteran, daughter Kathleen Davis, and a grandson Adam Schnelle.
She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law Sandra & Ronnie Flint of Wilmington, sons & daughters-in-law Louis W. Jr. & Jayne Schnelle of Vandalia, David W. & Beverly Schnelle of Lafayette, Ind., Gregory S. & Jane Schnelle of Eaton, 18 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. Also survived by 3 sisters, 1 brother and their families, also numerous relatives and friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Hospice of Dayton.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 2:00 pm in the BLESSING FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City. A gathering of family and close friends will be held on Saturday from 1:00 - 2:00 pm in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
