Edith Marie Marcum, age 84 of Huber Heights passed away Friday, June 7, 2013 in Hospice of Dayton. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on May 20, 1929 the daughter of William & Louisa (Haas) Kilgore. She was retired from Ohio Bell Telephone. Edith was a very loving and gracious person who knew no strangers. She had a warm and friendly personality and loved all people and animals especially her cat "Mimi".

She is survived by her husband of 63 years Boss Marcum, daughter Deborah Marcum (Russell Potter), a brother William (Betty Jean) Kilgore, and was blessed with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that all loved her and will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters Doris Gardiner and Louisa Smart.
