Evelyn Beam, age 86 of Englewood, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015 in her residence, She was born in Dayton on December 21, 1928 the daughter of Dominic & Josephine (Colissmo) Greco. She was a member of Alini for over 50 years since her Sophmore year at Patterson Co-Op.

She is survived by her 3 daughters Sheryl (Don) Hill, Linda Frye, and Gail Hearing, 5 grandchildren Michelle (Peter) Noll, Gregory (Jessica) McAfee, Rachael Frye, Ashley Hearing, and Marcy Gersh, 4 great grandchildren Francesca Noll, Gianna Noll, Jacob McAfee, and Hudson McAfee, her twin sister Emily Helm, and several nieces, nephews and life long friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 44 years Jack W. Beam, and her brother Dante Greco. Evelyn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend and will be missed by all who knew her.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm in the BLESSING-ZERKLE FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Libby Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
