Gerald "Jerry" William Gregory, age 73 of Huber Heights, passed away Monday, May 1, 2017 at the Village at the Greene. He was born in Dayton on November 8, 1943 the son of Joseph S. & Helen Beatrice (Curtiss) Gregory. Jerry was a former custodian at Stiver''s High School, owner of Northridge Cab Co., Dixie Cab Co. and Fairborn Cab Co., he also was a Candy Man Ice Cream Truck driver.

He is survived by his sisters Rosemary Storck, Ruthann Rix and Josephine Girdley, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Robert Eugene Gregory and sisters Nellie Eileen Poffenberger and Betty Jean Sturgill.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2017 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the BLESSING-ZERKLE FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr., Tipp City. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 10:30 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
