Hildegard T. Augustin, age 79 of Huber Heights, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2014 in Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton. She was born in Nurnberg, Germany on March 4, 1935 the daughter of Johann & Anna Strohmaier.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years Friedrich Erwin Augustin, children Janet (James) Ross, Ruby Augustin, and Rudy Augustin, granddaughter Janet Augustin, and a sister Inge Strum.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Lydia.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm in the BLESSING FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr., Tipp City. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 pm in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.blessingfh.com.
