Jeffrey N. Koch, of Vandalia passed away, Sunday, November 4, 2012. He was born on May 12, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio to William and Phyllis Koch. He attended Wayne High School and went on to work in the Tool and Dye Industry for 20 years, after which he retired.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Paige Perry.
He is survived by his daughter Jennifer and her husband Tim Hosler, his son Matthew, and his wife Amanda (Stine) Koch, his 3 grandchildren Noah Hosler, and Ava and Addison Koch. He is also survived by his sister Vicki and her husband Lou Feinhor, his brother Scott and his wife Bev Koch.
He will be remembered at a graveside service on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 10:00 am at the Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, 11890 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave. Dayton, Ohio 45420. Services have been entrusted to the Blessing Funeral Home, Tipp City.
