Obituary
Joan Ward, age 81 of Dayton, passed away Sunday, January 6, 2013 in Springcreek Nursing Home, Huber Heights. She was born in Shawnee, Ohio on July 4, 1931 the daughter of Raymond B. & Bess Ellen (Colvin) Ward.
She is survived by her 3 brothers Robert (Delores) Ward, Washington, James (Margaret) Ward, Dayton, David Ward, Dayton and 13 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Raymond Ward, Jr.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at Springcreek Nursing Home for their care and comfort of Joan during this difficult time.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 11, 2013 at 3:00 pm at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, 11890 N. Dixie Dr.,Tipp City. Services have been entrusted to the Blessing Funeral Home, Tipp City. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.blessingfh.com.
