John E. "Eddie Dunn" Hivner, age 60 if Troy, passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Koester Pavilion, Troy. He was born in Dayton on February 23, 1961 the son of Jack Paul & Ruby Hivner. He was a mechanic for many years at Dicks' Garage in Tipp City.

He is survived by his daughter Danielle "Danny" Hivner; his soul mate Dianna Deaton; brothers Gary, Larry and Tim Dunn; sister Mary Wilson and his dog "Impala".

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother James Dunn.

Per his wishes, he will be cremated and buried at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City at a later date. Services have been entrusted to the Zerkle Funeral Home, Tipp City. Condolences may be sent to the family through this online guestbook.
