Josiah Karter Thomas-Prince was born into the arms of the Angels on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Kettering Medical Center. He is the son of Brandon Lee Thomas and Aaleeyah B. Prince.

He is also survived by his grandparents Amanda Rice, Terry (Julie Heffner) Prince and Mark (Brandy Back) Thomas Jr.; Aunts Brooklyn Prince, Lundynn Taylor, Bailee Thomas and Brooklyn Thomas; uncles Kammeryn Prince, Kyngsten Rice, Grayson Prince, Krisean Mock and Brayden Thomas; great grandparents Harley Rice, Linda Rice-VanKirk, Lance (Kim) Prince, Lisa (Mike) McKnight, Pamela Adams, Linda Bailey and Mark Thomas Sr., and numerous Great aunts, uncles and cousins.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025, from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm at the ZERKLE FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr., Tipp City. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 4:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Kevin Nelson officiating. A private family burial will be held at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
