Judy Kay (Fannin) Sprinkle, age 67 of Troy, passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, Janaury 27, 2014 in her residence. She was born in Troy, Ohio on April 6, 1946 the daughter of Charles W. & Marie (Barker) Quillen. She retired from Stouder Hospital in 1998 where she worked in the Laundry for 26years. She enjoyed reading, singing and dancing.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Larry Sprinkle, 2 daughters Shelly Lilly of Tipp City and Merdean (Scott) Barnes of Troy, 3 granddaughters Megan (Logan) Wise, Kayla Lilly, and Kelsey Barnes, 7 brothers and sisters Eva May (Albert) Hickson of Cadillac, Michigan, Robert (Diane) Quillen of South Branch, Michigan, Leroy (Ruth) Quillen of Dayton, Gerald (Debra) Quillen of Sidney, Jill Jester of Sidney, Mike Quillen of Indiana, and Paul Quillen of Florida, sister-in-law Joyce Quillen of Troy, numerous nieces and nephews, and special friends Phyllis Brown and Lois Curtis.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 4 brothers Adam, Ted, Chuck, and Glenn Quillen.

Judy was a loving, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and will be missed by everyone.

The family would like to thank the entire staff at Evercare Hospice for their professional care, compassion and friendship they gave Judy during this difficult time.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm in the Blessing Funeral Home, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at 11:00 am in the funeral home with Dr. Keith Gebhart officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
