Marion Kelley Moore, age 86 of Dayton, passed away Monday, December 15, 2025, at Hospice of Dayton. He was born on October 1, 1939, in Hazelgreen, Kentucky, the son of Jesse W. & Marie (Madden) Moore. He loved working on cars and taking long car rides. He loved the Lord and enjoyed listening to Southern Gospel Music.

He survived by his children Kelley Moore, Darryl Moore, Jesse Moore, Marian Barnett, and Michael Moore; 15 grandchildren; 45 great grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren; siblings Annetta Calhoun, Jesse Moore, Kenneth Moore and Sharon Carpenter; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Edgar and Dennis Moore and sisters Geraldine Viets and India Underwood. He was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, great-great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend and will be missed by all who knew him.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, from 12:00 – 1:00 pm at the ZERKLE FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr., Tipp City. A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
