Mary Jane DeHaven, age 51 of Dayton departed this life on Saturday, October 1, 2011 in University Hospital, Cincinnati. She was born on October 5, 1959 in Washington Court House, Ohio the daughter of Glenn E. & Bonnie (Bellar) Payton. She took medical retirement from the University of Dayton after 30 years of service.
She is survived by her parents, husband Jerry DeHaven, sisters and brother Gwen (Paul) Shook, Brenda (Rick) Robles, Glen (Janice) Payton Jr., Ruby (Frank) Payton and an aunt Geneva Walton, sister-in-laws Pam (Mark) Bozarth and Beverly (Frank) LaRue, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
She was preceded in death by her first husband Timothy Loveless.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2011 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm in the BLESSING FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Chad Loveless officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
