Obituary
Michael C. Mencsik, Sr. age 73 of Troy, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2013 in Koester Pavilion, Troy. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on January 21, 1939 the son of Joseph L. Mencsik, Sr. & Roberta (Procter) Mencsik.
He is survived by his wife Penny Rae (Kelly) Mencsik, and his daughters Trish Mencsik Santiago, husband Javier and their son Joseph all of Florida, Mary Mencsik Zematis, husband Tom Zemaitis, their son Thomas Zemaitis II, and daughter Julianne Zemaitis all of Florida, Lori Mencsik Dathe, husband Jason Dathe, their daughters Miranda McCartha and Paige Dathe all of Florida, son Michael Mencsik wife Wendy and their 2 children.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Catholic Mass will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 11:00 am in the St. Patrick''s Catholic Church, 409 E. Main St. Troy, Ohio 45373. Services have been entrusted to the Blessing Funeral Home, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.blessingfh.com.
