Pat L. May-Enix, age 82 of Englewood passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2016. She was born in Davenport, Virginia on April 27, 1934 the daughter of Will & Nora (Hess) Compton. She was retired from Sears and was a member of the Northridge Church of Christ. Pat impacted the lives of many children as a bible school teacher for much of her life. She was known for her generosity, one of her greatest joys was helping others.

She is survived by her husband James Enix, children Mark (Cheryl) May and Rebecca (Chris) Spencer; grandsons Andrew (Stephanie) Willison, Bradley D. (Summer West) Willison, Luke, Matthew and John May; great grandchildren Summer and Logan Hertel, Kyler Andrew Willison; and a brother Don Compton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert May, son-in-law Gary Willison, grandchildren Levi and Kailey Spencer, brothers Fate, Sam, Carol and Billie, sisters Vickie, Nannie, and Ellen.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2016 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at the Northridge Church of Christ, 2211 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45414. Those who knew and loved Pat will have an opportunity to share a brief story or memory of her at A Celebration of Pat''s life on Saturday at 11:00 am at the church with Ralph Royse officiating. A Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Services have been entrusted to the Blessing-Zerkle Funeral Home, 11900 N. Dixie Dr., Tipp City.
