Patricia Louise Peters, age 85 of St. Paris, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2023 in Hospice of Miami Co., Troy. She was born in Piqua, Ohio on January 15, 1938 the daughter of Joe & Florence Wilgus. She was a member of the Madison Avenue First Church of God in Piqua and attended the St. Paris Church of God for many years.

She is survived by her children Debbie Peters, Darlena (Mark) Smith and Philip (Shawn) Peters; grandsons Justin Peters and Steven Gilliam; sister Pam; brother & sister-in-laws David (Linda) Peters and Annabelle Webb; nephews Jim (Alicia Peters, David Peters, Jon (Debbie) Peters, Andy Foster, Randy Foster and Chad Bush; nieces Amy (Brian) Gevedon, Holly Kaufman, Heather Matthews, Diana (Mark) Barnhart, Dawn (Brad) Cox, Danielle (Randy) Oder, Jackie Johnson and Jodee Boehm; cousins Kathy White and Cricket Wical; and several great nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, step father Merle O'Neil; step mother Elenore Wilgus; in-laws Art & Pina Peters and Thelma McCombs; brother Bill Wilgus; sisters Peggy (Dave) Foster and Cindy Bush; brothers-in-law Jim (Delores) Peters and John Webb; and a nephew Kenny O'Neil.

A Celebration of Pat's Life will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 11:00 am at the Madison Ave. Church of God, 922 Madison Ave., Piqua, Ohio 45356. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday from 11:00 am until the time of the service. In Lieu of Flowers memorial contributions may be made in Pat's memory to either Hospice of Miami Co., P.O. Box 502, Troy, Ohio 45373 or Madison Ave. Church of God, 922 Madison Ave., Piqua, Ohio 45356. Service have been entrusted to the Zerkle Funeral Home, 11900 N. Dixie Dr., Tipp City.
