Paul Keith "Buddy" Manning, age 86 of Tipp City passed away Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Springmeade Health Center, Tipp City. He retired from Hobart in the mid 90''s where he made welding rods for many years. He was a member of the Open Arms Church, Tipp City.

He is survived by his sister Jennie Clark of Tipp City, brother Howard Manning of North Carolina, nephews Jim (Karen) Clark of New Carlisle, and Keith Clark of Tipp City, a niece Tanya (Sidney) Jacobs of New Carlisle, and several other nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Myrtle Verita (Arnett) Manning and 9 brothers and sisters.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 10:00 am at the Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City with Pastor Bob Bell officiating. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 6:00 pm at the Open Arms Church, 4075 Tipp Cowlesville Rd., Tipp City. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Buddy''s memory to the Open Arms Church, 4075 Tipp Cowlesville Rd. Tipp City, Ohio 45371 or to Hospice of Miami Co., P.O. Box 502, Troy, Ohio 45373. Services have been entrusted to the Blessing-Zerkle Funeral Home, 11900 N. Dixie Dr., Tipp City. Condolences may be sent to the family through this online guestbook.
