Rinda M. Wells, age 90 of New Carlisle, passed away Friday, November 26, 2010 in Belle Manor Nursing Home, after a lengthy battle of cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Frenchburg, Kentucky on May 1, 1920 the daughter of Charlie & Martha (Hounshell) Blair.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter Lorine Nester.
She is survived by her daughter Mary Louise and husband Mearl Nester of New Carlisle, sons Donald and wife Dorothy Wells of Frenchburg, Kentucky and Bobbie Wells of Dayton, 15 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren, and numerous relatives and friends. The family would like to thank the entire staff at Belle Manor Nursing Home for the love and care they received throughout this difficult time.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 29, 2010 at 1:30 pm in the BLESSING FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Drive Tipp City with Rev. Russell Caudill officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday from 1:00 to 1:30 pm in the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Rinda''s memory to the American Cancer Society, 2808 Reading Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206.
