Robert L. Webb, age 78 of Union, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2015 in his residence. He was born on May 26, 1937 in Honea Path, South Carolina, the son of Alvin B. & Mamie (Cauthen) Webb. He retired from Ohio Bell as a service tech, loved to play golf and was a member of the Meadowdale Baptist Church, Dayton.

He is survived by his children Robert L. Webb Jr., Faith M. (Kent) Morter, Larry B. Webb, Vicki (Terry) Thompson, Michelle (Jim) Davis, 6 grandchildren Megan, Michael, Shannon (Justin), Larry Jr. (Maranda), Bonnie, and Matthew, 6 great grandchildren Ian, Vincent, Dylan, Brody, Robby, and Skye and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife of 61 years Nancy Marie Webb on August 10, 2015, grandson Robert Webb III and his brother Alvin Webb.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, September 14, 2015 from 12:00 - 2:00 pm in the BLESSING-ZERKLE FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Ron Coppock officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
