Sheila Kathleen Borton-Moore, age 82 of Dayton, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at Momentous Health, Vandalia. She was born in Dayton on October 6, 1943, the daughter of Willard Ray & Pearl Vivian (Briggs) Borton. She retired from National City Bank / PNC after 42 years then worked at Kroger’s for 20 years.

She is survived by her friends Sharon & Dallas Workman, Chris & Kristen Workman, Daric Workman, Jade Dempsey and their families and many other friends and former co-workers.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Robert J. Moore.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026, from 5:00 – 6:00 pm at the ZERKLE FUENRAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr., Tipp City. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 6:00 pm with Rev. Dr. Carolyn Banks officiating. A private burial will be held at the conveniences of the family at Dayton Memorial Park, Dayton.
