Shirley M. Lairmore, age 79 of West Milton, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2014 in Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born in Des Ark, Missouri on July 2, 1935 the daughter of Leamon T. & Vesta K. (McCallister) Huitt. She was a member of the Vandalia AMVETS Post #99 and she enjoyed card club with her friends.

She is survived by her 4 children Vicki Wehner, Kathy Cooper, Rick Lairmore, and Gary Lairmore, 3 grandchildren Bobbie Jo Wehner, Daniel Wehner, and David Cooper, 5 great grandchildren Brandon, Eric, Jacob, Hailey, and Jackson Levi Wehner, and a brother James Huitt.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 43 years Lawrence Lairmore and a brother Robert Huitt.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 from 11:00am " 12:00 pm in the BLESSING FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 12:00 pm in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
