Thelma S. Otto, age 86 of Tipp City, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2009 in Hospice of Dayton. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on December 15, 1922 the daughter of Floyd Smith.
She is survived by her son Ralph Otto, Jr. of Dayton, 6 grandchildren Charlie Otto, Tim Otto, Dustin Naylor, Brandon Naylor, Clayton Naylor, and Austin Naylor, 6 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 68 years Ralph R. Otto, Sr. on July 2, 2009, 3 sisters Opal, Isabell, and Ruby, and a half brother Myron and a half sister Vera.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2009 at 11:00 am in the BLESSING FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City with Rev. Bobbie Predmore officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Thelma''s memory to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave. Dayton, Ohio 45420.
