Thomas Edward Lee, age 74 of Huber Heights, passed away Monday, September 30, 2024, at Hospice of Dayton. He was born in Dayton on May 28, 1950, the son of Forest Louis & Edna (Malott) Lee. He was an Assistant Scout Master in Troop 9 MVBSA for 20 years and an Amateur Radio operator since 2000. He retired in 2022 from the Montgomery County Solid Waste District after 49 years.

He is survived by his children Jennifer Marie (Cecil) Sowders and Matthew Thomas Lee; grandchildren Andrew Paul Coleman and Myranda Cloe Coleman; great granddaughter Rosie Tyanna Marie Crews; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson Seth Michael Coleman; and a brother Kenneth Allen Lee. He was a loving father, grandfather, uncle, and friend and will be missed by all who knew him.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at the ZERKLE FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr., Tipp City. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
