Thomas Andrew Mikalauskas, age 60 of Dayton, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2016 at his residence. He was born in Dayton on April 4, 1956 the son of Lawrence & Eleanor (Bockrath) Mikalauskas. He was a longtime truck driver for Dayton Progress and enjoyed building and flying remote controlled airplanes.

He is survived by his son Bradley Mikalauskas, sisters Paula (Hampton) Wolfe and Janice (Ronald) Curtner, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers William and Timothy Mikalauskas, and a sister Kathy Wynn.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, August 5, 2016 from 12:00 - 1:00 pm at the BLESSING-ZERKLE FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City. A memorial service will be held on Friday at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
