William L. Beeker, age 82 of Dayton, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2014 in the Widow''s Home, Dayton. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on November 6, 1932 the son of Albert L. and Ruth A. (Harlow) Beeker.

He is survived by his children Kevin (Gale) Beeker, Timothy (Ruth) Beeker, and April (Douglas) Cates, 7 grandchildren Tristin (Laura) Beeker, Travis (Anna) Beeker, Roxanne Beeker, Tonya (Keith) Kowalski, Jeremiah Beeker, Holly Cates, and Neal Cates, 3 great grandchildren Isabelle Beeker, Liliana Beeker, and Alexandria Beeker, a brother George "Jack" Beeker, and 2 sisters Alberta Hicks, and Pam Eyler.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 55 years Juanita Beeker on February 20, 2012.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm in the BLESSING FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr., Tipp City. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Dan Kincer officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
