Willie O. McGill, 92, passed away at 4:03 a.m. on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 in Liberty Nursing Home, Xenia. Born February 16, 1920 in Harrisville, W. VA, he was a son of the late W.T. and Ada (Heiney) McGill. He married Frances Mays and she preceded him in death in 1994. Survivors include a son, Michael McGill of Xenia, daughter Melody McGill of Dayton, sister, Myrtle Kinney of Junction City, OH and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his parents, wife and 10 siblings: Tessie, Gladys, Dorothy, Imogene, Orman, Gale, Kestal, Vance, Glen and Lacy. Willie was retired from Three C''s Trucking and was a member of the Teamsters. He was a devoted husband and a loving father. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 28, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. in BLESSING FUNERAL HOME 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City with Chaplain William Sangrey, Hospice of Dayton presiding.
